If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped:

Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may instead follow the return process once the package arrives. Refunds for dispatched items are only processed once the products are returned to our warehouse and verified.
2. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds (Pakistan)
We maintain strict hygiene standards. Because our products are personal care items, we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

Used or altered products.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Every shipment undergoes a rigorous quality check. However, if your item is damaged during transit or is incorrect:
Report Immediately: Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide Evidence: Share a clear photo/video of the damaged product and the shipping label.
Resolution: We will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. International Orders
Returns: Only eligible if the product is received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
Condition: Must be returned in original, sealed packaging. Opened products are not accepted.
Customs/Duties: If a return is accepted, we will refund the product value. Any additional customs duties paid by the customer will be reimbursed as a Beauty Box Store Coupon, provided a copy of the customs receipt is shared.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Visit the “My Orders” section on our website or email support@peru-wallaby-266704.hostingersite.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.
Step 2: Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse. (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged).
Step 3: Upon receiving the item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or replacement.

Once your return is verified at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours.
